Using color with abandon - a Day of the Dead celebration

This is such a fun time of year with the Fall colors outside and Halloween decorations inside.  And then there is Dia de los Muertos!  The Day of the Dead celebrations use color with wild abandon.  Sugar Skulls and flowers burst with a rainbow of color.
